Information you send

When you make an enquiry, we receive the contact, property and project information you provide, together with any drawings, photographs or reports you choose to attach. Do not send files you are not authorized to share.

How we use it

We use this information to assess your enquiry, prepare a scope or quote, communicate with you, deliver agreed services, protect the website and meet legal or professional-record obligations. Contact-form submissions are not added to a marketing list.

Website analytics

We use privacy-focused Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand page visits, traffic sources, device categories and website performance. We also measure fixed website interactions such as service navigation, quote-form use, phone or email clicks, FAQ openings and video controls. Analytics do not receive names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, project messages or uploaded files. We do not use session replay on this website.

Service providers

Providers supporting hosting, analytics, email delivery and ordinary business operations receive only the information needed for their role. Information may be processed outside Ontario where a provider operates infrastructure in another jurisdiction.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Records are retained for the period required by the purpose of the engagement and applicable professional or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask about personal information we hold, request a correction or raise a privacy concern. Some records must be retained for professional, contractual or legal reasons.
